Protecting Your Information

Emerging Investigations maintains rigorous security policies and practices in our facilities and across our systems to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access, inappropriate disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We handle this information in line with our clients’ instructions, the written authorizations, our contracts with clients, and applicable law. We do not share information obtained for one client with other clients, unless authorized by the subject’s permission.

Opting Out

Emerging Investigations does not use the information it obtains on behalf of its clients for any internal purposes. Therefore, if an individual wishes to opt out of having their information used for any purpose, they should address this directly with our client when providing authorization to release information. In cases where Emerging Investigations makes a direct inquiry, individuals can opt out by simply declining to provide the requested information. Otherwise, we only gather and disclose information as authorized by the subject’s written consent obtained by our clients.

The use of our systems is strictly limited to authorized Emerging Investigations users and may be monitored for administrative and security reasons.
